Assoc.Dr. Sinem Kasımoglu, he graduated from the Radio TV Cinema Department of the Faculty of Communication of Istanbul University in 2000, and from the Master's Program in Media and Communication Studies of NDU in 2004 as an Associate Professor. Dr. E. Sinem Kasımoğlu completed her doctoral education at the Institute of Educational Sciences, Near East University, Department of Educational Management, Supervision, Economics and Planning in 2015.

On June 13, 2016, she was appointed to the staff of “Assistant Professor” at Near East University. On September 15, 2023, she was entitled to receive the title of “Associate Professor”. Since 2007, he has been working at the Near East University as an Associate professor. Dr. Kasımoğlu took part in the promotional activities of the university with the television programs prepared and presented by Near East TV in line with the vision, mission and goals of Near East University. Kasımoğlu was appointed as the director of YDU FM in 2011.

Associate Professor who is the representative of the Faculty of Communication of the Quality and Accreditation Unit of YDU. Kasımoğlu also continues her work as the Communication Faculty Coordinator of Özay Günsel Children's University.

İn 2015, his book “Knowledge Management and Project Based Learning in Higher Education” was published by LAP LAMBERT Academic publications. Assoc. Dr. Sinem Kasımoğlu has many articles in WOS in the fields of Communication, Radio and Television Broadcasting, Traditional and New Media. He is married and has two children.
