He was born in 1963 in Nicosia.
– 1981- He started working as a journalist.
– He worked as a photojournalist for 20 years.
– 1991- He founded the North Cyprus Photo Journalists Association and became its president.
– Between 1987-2013 he has opened 11 personal exhibitions. “News-Sports-Dark Room and Computer Photos”
– Some of these exhibitions were repeated in İstanbul, Ankara, Adana, İzmir and Akşehir.
– He published VCD works on photography-poetry-music with the title of in;
“Two Sides of Nicosia” – 2001, “Yemeni, from cradle to grave” 2003, “Conflict of Peace” – 2004.
– Between 1999 and 2013, he organized 8 International Photography Days of Near East University.
– 2012- He graduated from the Fine Arts and Design Faculty, Plastic Arts – Painting Department of NEU.
– 2016- He opened his first personal exhibition; “Our Walls”
– 2018- He completed his master degree in the department of Fine Arts and Design.
– Since 1991 in Near East University, he gives the cours of Basic Photography, Press Photography, Studio Photography, Advertising photography and İmage Processing.
– He is the Coordinator of NEU Photography and Cameraman Vocational School.
– He has published 7 books about Cyprus photo history and photography.
