Assist. Prof. Dr. Fuat Boğaç EVREN

Evren has been producing and mentoring at the intersection of digital society, digital sociology, and artificial intelligence sociology in the academic world for approximately twelve years. His scientific approach has been shaped by an interdisciplinary perspective aimed at understanding the social impacts of technology.

Evren completed his undergraduate education in Visual Communication Design in 2013 and received his master's degree in 2016 with a thesis titled “Analysis of mobile operating system interface designs from a visual communication perspective.” In 2022, he completed his doctoral studies in Media and Communication Studies with his doctoral thesis titled “An Economic-Political Approach to the Present and Future of Digital Labor as a New Social Phenomenon.”

Since 2016, Evren has been continuing his academic duties at the Faculty of Communication at Near East University. He teaches undergraduate-level courses such as Portfolio Design, Digital Game Design, Photo-Graphics, Campaign Design, Video Graphics and Design, Technology and Society, and User Interface Design.

Throughout his academic career, he has conducted research focusing on the effects of visual communication design, digitalization, and artificial intelligence technologies on social transformation.
