Course Registration Process and Advisor List

All students must contact their academic advisors to complete their course registration. Only courses approved by advisors will be considered valid at the end of the term.

 

Course registration process:

  1. Please contact your academic advisor (you can find the lists of advisors and email addresses below, organised by the year you enrolled). When contacting your academic advisor, you must use your university student email address ([email protected]). Please always include your student number, first name, surname and department in the email.
  2. Only select your courses with your advisor’s approval.
  3. Please check the timetable for course times and days (available below).
  4. Only select courses approved by your advisor via the REGISTER (register.neu.edu.tr) system.
  5. Register for only those courses approved by your academic advisor via UZEBİM (uzebim.neu.edu.tr).
  6. Start monitoring the courses you have registered for via UZEBİM (uzebim.neu.edu.tr).
