Born on November 14, 1995, in Silivri on the European side of Istanbul, Sakarya completed his primary, middle, and high school education successively at Gazi Primary School, Turgut Reis Primary School, and Silivri Anatolian High School (2015), ranking among the graduates. Opting for his undergraduate studies at Near East University, Sakarya started his journey in the Department of International Relations at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences in 2017. Among the graduates of 2021, Sakarya completed his undergraduate education with distinction, securing the top position on the High Honor and Achievement list of the relevant faculty. In 2022, Sakarya enrolled in the Media and Communication Studies Department of the Faculty of Communication at Near East University for his master's degree.

During the period of completing his master's courses, Sakarya took on the role of an assistant at the central library of the Near East Formation Great Libraries, located at the Near East University Library. While continuing his thesis work in the academic year 2023-2024, Sakarya started serving as a part-time lecturer at the Faculty of Communication, Near East University.
